Race Meetings

The 2024 Gooree Cup, on Sunday 12th May, is set to be another thrilling race day installment in the amazing 44 year history between Gooree Park and Mudgee Race Club.

In addition to a great day of exciting and quality racing, we will be celebrating Mother's Day with the added fun of Gooree Park's special Pampering and Champagne Bar, where all the Mum's and ladies in attendance on the day can have their hair and makeup touched up by the lovely ladies from K & Co Hair Lounge and Ultimate Care Skin and Body.   

Fashions on the Field will also be held at this race meeting with great prizes donated by our generous sponsors. A specific Mother's Day category of best Dressed Mum and Child has been added to this Fashions on the Field to create more fun and Mother's Day memories for your Mum.

With pre ordered Grazing or Cheese Boxes and delicious food from Nackers and the MRC Canteen also available on the day, Mum will not have to lift a finger.

Little kids will be given a colouring activity pack as they come through the gate so that they too will be entertained and Mum can relax even more.

Mudgee Race Club is renowned for its welcoming hospitality, open spaces and beautiful surrounds, guaranteeing racegoers with a wonderful country race day experience.
