Mudgee Racecourse is the place to be on Saturday October 1st (the October long weekend). Come and cheer on a winner and catch up with old friends or make new ones. Mudgee racecourse is a great representation of country racing at its finest and we know you’ll have a ball.

Cox Plate Meeting
Join us trackside in Mudgee on Saturday 22nd October for the Mudgee Races Cox Plate meeting. With a full meeting of quality racing, TAB NSW, big screen action of all the races and fun to be had by all, there is no better place for racing lovers and family and friends to be.
Mudgee Cup
Our premier event, The Mudgee Cup, held in December each year, is a racing, social and fashion highlight on our local racing calendar. Fashions are as high as the stakes to the Cup, with a fabulous $75,000 prize pool for the winners and distinguished trainers, jockeys and horses vying to add the cup to their trophy cabinet. Oatley’s Wines long standing relationship with Mudgee Race Club is highlighted by their sponsorship of the day.
